Open the Certification Authority console Right-click the Certificate Templates folder and select Manage.
You may encounter the following error message: Usually, this just means that your certificate template has not been published. If you don't know how to publish a certificate template, have a look at my other post.
Open the Certification Authority Console. Expand the CA. Right-click on Certificate Templates. Select New. Select Certificate Template to Issue. Select the certificate and click Ok.
